Chandigarh, 8th March 2018:  Department of Higher Education, UT, Chandigarh in collaboration with Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36-B, Chandigarh celebrated International women’s Day by organizing a seminar on Women Empowerment today.  The Chief Guest of the occasion was Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, Hon’ble Governor, Haryana. Principal Dr (Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon gave a floral welcome to the chief guest and other dignitaries. The other guests who graced the occasion were Sh. They get published advertisements in leading newspapers and dupe the innocent people of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and after 2/3 months, they close their offices and run away from the city.
