Assigning of Charges

Chandigarh, 17th  May, 2016: The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to allow Dr. S.B. Deepak Kumar, IAS, Special Secretary Home, Chandigarh Administration to perform Election Duty as Observer for watching the process of counting of votes to the Legislative Assembly of West Bengal [Constituency: 114-Dum dum (North24-Parganas)] from 17.05.2016 to 19.05.2016.

Consequent upon this  the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to assign the following charges being held by Dr. S.B. Deepak Kumar, IAS to Sh. Jitender Yadav, IAS, Director Higher Education, Union Territory, Chandigarh, in addition to his own duties, till the officer joins back.
1.     Secretary House Allotment Committee (Upper)
2.     Special Secretary Information Technology
3.     Special Secretary Home/Vigilance/Personnel
4.     Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Housing Board.

Draft Bye Laws- Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011

Chandigarh, 27 th November 2018: The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 399 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 as extended to the Union Territory, Chandigarh by the Punjab Municipal corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act,   1994 (Act No. 45 of 1994), intends to amend the Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011 as amended from time to time and as in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 401 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation (as extended to UT Chandigarh) Act, 1994, read with sub section (2) of section 7A of the capital of Punjab (Development &Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator UT Chandigarh after according approval to the same propose to issue the draft of notification which is hereby published for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
