Chandigarh, 10 th  July, 2019:  The 9th Civil Military Liaison Conference was held today under the Chairmanship of the Governor of Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore. The meeting started with the welcome address by Sh. Manoj Parida, Adviser to the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh who emphasized that Civil and Military authorities are two wheels of a cart, which move together in the service of the nation. Further, Army Commander, Headquarter Western Command Lt. Gen. Surinder Singh, PVSM, AVSM**, VSM shared that overwhelming support has been received from Chandigarh Administration on the different matters of concern, and the officials have been supporting in resolving the matters of mutual concern. Chandigarh, 9 th  July, 2019:  The objective of all the National programmes is to provide seamless and unhindered services to all categories of beneficiaries with focused and attentive care to children and adolescents. R ashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK)  and   Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram  ( RKSK) Programme in Chandigarh is conceptualized as per GoI norms to cater to the health of 0-6 years old children in anganwadis and 6-18 years old children in schools. As of now, the programme is being implemented through the centralized system operational from Civil Dispensary, Sector 19.
