Inauguration of Digital X Ray Machine at GMSH - 16

Chandigarh, 11th March, 2016:- The Adviser to the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Sh. Vijay Dev, IAS along with Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS Home Secretary cum Secretary Health today inaugurated the Digital X-Ray Machines installed at GMSH-16, Chandigarh. Sh. Vijay Dev, IAS appreciated the efforts of the Health Department of Chandigarh Administration in ensuring that all the government hospitals are well equipped with latest facilities to ensure that the citizens of the city face no hardships.

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
