Chandigarh, 2nd May, 2016: It is for the information to the general public / residents of Chandigarh that the e-auction will start on 03.05.2016 (10:00 AM) and will continue till date 05.05.2016 (05:00PM) for new series “CH01BG” for special /choice registration numbers 0001 to 9999. For detail information, applicants may login to the National Transport website: http:/ /parivahan.gov.in/fancy or Chandigarh Administration Transport Department website: www.chdtransport.gov.in .

7th January 2019: Chandigarh Administration is about to begin the e auction process of various commercial, residential and industrial sites in Chandigarh. 10 residential sites on freehold basis,13 commercial sites on leasehold basis and 1 industrial site on leasehold basis are proposed to be e auctioned. The auction will be made public on 9th January 2019 at 9:00 AM and the documents can be submitted/EMD can be paid from 9th january till 23rd January 2019. “Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
