Inter-Departmental Transfers of Chandigarh Administration employees

Chandigarh, 10th May, 2016: In a recent development, more than 300 employees of the Chandigarh Administration, which includes the superintendents, senior assistants, junior scale stenographer, steno typists and clerks have been transferred to different departments, societies and wings of the Chandigarh Administration. These employees have been transferred/posted in various departments under the Inter-Departmental Transfer Policy of the Chandigarh Administration. The transferred officers and officials have been ordered to hand over or take over the charges before 11.05.2016 afternoon.

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
