Preparations for the 2nd International Day of Yoga

Chandigarh, 19th May, 2016: As the preparations for the International day of Yoga are on full swing, the Chandigarh Administration has received 778 registrations till date. Activating the social media the Facebook page has received 355 likes. It is to inform all the residents that the toll free number is only for queries and not for registering the form.

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. As part of this campaign, IMA has designed stickers with the message “Vote for a healthy democracy”, which will be stuck on all the prescriptions of patients.
