Self Financing Housing Scheme-2016

Chandigarh, 27th May, 2016: After compilation of all data and receipt of all forms from various banks, a total of 274 application forms have been received for the 200 Two Bed Room Flats under Self Financing Housing Scheme-2016.

Out of these, 196 forms have been received under Sub Scheme A and 78 Bids have been received under Sub Scheme B. The full list of bidders under Sub Scheme B including their names and addresses shall be placed on CHB web site i.e,www.chbonline.inas well as on the notice board of CHB on Monday the 30.05.2016.

Thereafter, the list of 50 successful bidders under Sub Scheme B shall be announced on 10.06.2016 at 04.00PM in the Board room, Block C, Chandigarh Housing Board by the Property Allotment Committee (PAC) of CHB in the presence of bidders and the bidders will be allotted flat Nos. based on top priority given to the highest bidder and thereafter in  descending order from the highest to the lowest. Out of 78 bidders under Sub Scheme B, the 28 left over bidders will be shifted to Sub Scheme A and will be eligible for the draw of lots under Sub Scheme A on 30.07.2016. The price quoted by each applicant shall be read out in the open and the entire procedure will be video graphed. The allotment of the specific flat shall be on the basis of choice of the bidder starting from the highest to lowest. The list of all applicants under Sub Scheme B after segregation shall be uploaded on the CHB web site i.e,www.chbonline.in and on the notice board of CHB.


The Chandigarh Housing Board has already accorded the Administrative Approval and expenditure sanction for construction of these flats and decided to provide best quality fitting/ fixtures of reputed brands available in the market for construction of these flats.
