U.T. to Celebrate World Red Cross Day on 8th May

Chandigarh, 7th May, 2016: The Indian Red Cross Society, U.T, Chandigarh will organize an annual function on the occasion of World Red Cross Day on 8th May, 2016.

Sh. Virender Chaudhary, HCS, Secretary Indian Red Cross Society, Chandigarh said that the function will be organized under the overall supervision of Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society, U.T., Chandigarh at the Auditorium of Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-42, Chandigarh at 05:00 P.M.

The Governor of Punjab and Haryana and Administrator U.T., Chandigarh, H.E. Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki will be the chief guest and Sh. Parimal Rai, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator and President, Indian Red Cross Society, U.T., Chandigarh will preside over the event on this occasion.
