360 Degree Photo Launch of Chandigarh Yoga Festival

Chandigarh, 10th June, 2016: Mark Zuckerberg, Founder of Facebook launched the enthralling and eye popping 360 photo of Supreme Court of the United States and World Trade Centre and circulated it on Facebook today. Keeping pace with the international technology it's time for a 360 photo launch of Chandigarh yoga festival, being organised by the Chandigarh Administration.

Residents of Chandigarh were introduced to the 360 degree view photo experience exclusively During the Chandigarh Yoga Festival. Chandigarh Administration has become the first Indian government body to introduce the 360 degree view live photo feature to its numerous portals. 


What’s 360 photo? You can touch the Photograph and see through it in complete 360 degree (all directions). In the World of digitalization, Chandigarh Administration is leaving no stone unturned to promote city as a tourist destination and the introduction of contemporary gadgets and technology is great step in attaining the mission. 

 The exclusive camera shots will be available during the four day mega Chandigarh Yoga festival, till 12 June, 2016. It will be a gateway for tech savvy people to get their hands on the technology and feel the photograph with a touch. The same technology shall be used to capture the Hon'ble Prime Minister on international day of yoga 2016 to be held at Capitol Complex. “Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote".
