Administrator’s Advisory Council

Chandigarh, 6th July, 2016:   The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to include the President, Confederation of Indian Industry, Northern Region, Chandigarh in the Administrator’s Advisory Council to advise the Chandigarh Administration on developmental issues and policy matters affecting the Union Territory of Chandigarh. The term of this council shall be for a period of two years from date of issue of earlier Notification dated 6.5.2016.

Administrator Launches Website of Sports Department Chandigarh

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. As part of this campaign, IMA has designed stickers with the message “Vote for a healthy democracy”, which will be stuck on all the prescriptions of patients.
