Orders- Need Based Changes

Chandigarh, 13th July, 2016: Whereas CHB vide its Need Based Changes orders dated 18.02.2016 and 10.06.2016 has allowed additional construction of room / toilet /store in the rear courtyard / terrace as per the Standard Drawings or as per the drawings approved by the CHB.


Whereas many of the allottees who have already made additional construction in their rear courtyards / terraces which are not in accordance to the applicable byelaws have been approaching CHB for regularization of the same as the construction was done by them many years ago and any modification to such constructions to bring it in accordance to the byelaws is not feasible at this stage.
