Plans for Approval of Need Based Changes

Chandigarh, 5th August, 2016: It is hereby informed that the plans for approval of need based changes submitted by the allottees prior/upto 31.12.2015 considered by the PAC (Lower) as per need based changes order dated 23.03.2010/07.07.2015 will be approved subject to the following conditions:-

1.   
The additional area approved in the plans will be chargeable @Rs.200/- (Rs. two hundred only) per Sq.ft. with minimum of Rs.20,000/-

2.
The above fee is payable before issuance of approved plans.
