Flag off of Food Delivery Van

Chandigarh, 13th January, 2017:  Food Delivery Van was flagged off today by Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS, Home Secretary cum Health Secretary Chandigarh Administration in the presence of Dr. Rakesh Kashyap, Director Health Services, Medical Superintendent, Deputy Medical Superintendent and Senior Dietician from Govt Multi Speciality Hospital Sector 16, Chandigarh for delivery of cooked food from the base kitchen of GMSH – 16 to Civil Hospital Mani Majra, Civil Hospital 22 and Civil Hospital 45
This will facilitate the timely delivery of food to the patients admitted under Janani Shishu Surkashya Karyakarm in these peripheral hospitals. This van is duly licensed under Food Safety and Standard Regulation 2011.
Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS, Home Secretary cum Health Secretary Chandigarh Administration, expressed his happiness over the initiative taken and appreciated the team of health department.
