Chandigarh, 1st February, 2017: The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to assign the charge of the post of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Central), U.T. Chandigarh to Sh. Saurabh Mishra, IAS (P) and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (South) to Sh. Arjun Sharma, IAS (P) for the period from 01.02.2017 to 28.02.2017, relieving Sh. Virender Chaudhary, HCS and Sh. Rakesh Kumar Popli, PCS Respectively of the charges for this period.

Draft Bye Laws- Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011

Chandigarh, 27 th November 2018: The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 399 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 as extended to the Union Territory, Chandigarh by the Punjab Municipal corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act,   1994 (Act No. 45 of 1994), intends to amend the Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011 as amended from time to time and as in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 401 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation (as extended to UT Chandigarh) Act, 1994, read with sub section (2) of section 7A of the capital of Punjab (Development &Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator UT Chandigarh after according approval to the same propose to issue the draft of notification which is hereby published for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
