Raid conducted

Chandigarh, 16th February, 2017: Under the directions of Dr. Tapasya Raghv, IAS, SDM (East), a polythene raid had been conducted at Pipliwala town, Mariwala town and Shantinagar, Manimajra today. About 18 No's. Challans of Rs. 500/- were issued to the defaulters and 8 k.g polythene has been seized.

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
