Chandigarh, 21st March, 2017: Consequent upon proceeding on official tour from 22.03.2017 to 25.03.2017 by Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS, Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration and Sh. 7th January 2019: Chandigarh Administration is about to begin the e auction process of various commercial, residential and industrial sites in Chandigarh. 10 residential sites on freehold basis,13 commercial sites on leasehold basis and 1 industrial site on leasehold basis are proposed to be e auctioned. The auction will be made public on 9th January 2019 at 9:00 AM and the documents can be submitted/EMD can be paid from 9th january till 23rd January 2019. Administrator Launches Website of Sports Department Chandigarh

Chandigarh, 18 th  December 2018:  The website of Department of Sports, UT Chandigarh  http://www.sportsdeptt.chd. gov.in  has been launched today  by Hon’ble Governor Punjab & Administrator, U.T, Chandigarh, Shri. “Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote". The stamp will be included on all the OPD cards of the patients who visit the hospital.  This initiative is a part of the drive undertaken by Medical Community to motivate more and more people to participate and vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. As part of this campaign, IMA has designed stickers with the message “Vote for a healthy democracy”, which will be stuck on all the prescriptions of patients.
