Inauguration of NEWSCAPES 4

Chandigarh, 3rd March, 2017: The most awaited three day exhibition NEWSCAPES 4, of the Chandigarh Press Club in association with Punjab Arts Council was today organised at Punjab Kala Bhawan, Chandigarh. The exhibition was inaugurated by Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore, Governor of Punjab & Administrator, U.T Chandigarh in the presence of Smt. Asha Kumari Jaswal, Mayor, Chandigarh. The exhibition was organized in the memory of Late Sh. Yog Joy, an eminent photojournalist of the region.
Speaking on the occasion, “Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore, congratulated Sh. Vikram Joy, son of Late Sh. Yog Joy and the team of Chandigarh Press Club on putting together a successful show. He further added that Late Sh. Yog Joy was a celebrated photojournalist and taking his legacy ahead by his son is a great effort. Addressing the media, Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore, appreciated the efforts of the journalist fraternity in organising such laudable events”.

Public Camp Chandigarh, 28 January, 2016 :-  It is for the information of the general public that the public camp for 29/01/2016 is to be held at community centre of Sector 45. The sectors covered in the camp would be Sector 44, 45 including burial Village, 46 and 33 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM.
