 Chandigarh, 16^th May, 2017: In Pursuance of order of the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court passed in CWP NO. 20359 of 2013 Court on its own motion Vs. State of Punjab and others, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS, Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration as Nodal Officer to coordinate with  the different departments of the Union Territory, Chandigarh in respect of the cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
