Charges Assigned

Chandigarh, 2^nd August, 2017: In pursuance of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi’s order bearing No. 14020/01/2016.UTS- 1 (Part. IV), dated 03.07.2017 and consequent upon his joining on 31.07.2017 (AN), the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Sh. Om Parkash Mishra, IPS (AGMUT:2003) as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Union Territory, Chandigarh with additional charge of Inspector General of Prisons, U.T., Chandigarh and Sh. Om Parkash Mishra, IPS (AGMUT:2003) shall supervise the functions of SSP (Law & Order), Security, Traffic, Headquarters and Commandant IRBn with immediate effect.
