e-bids for plots

Chandigarh 29th November 2017: Chandigarh Housing Board has started the process to develop two residential plots (measuring 10.51 Acre and 6.43 Acre) and Club (measuring 3.86 Acre) on its own at IT Habitat, RGCTP Chandigarh. All plots except four viz two residential plots and one plot for the Club, (which are being developed by CHB), and one plot earmarked for Government housing, have now been put on auction. The last date for registration and submission of e-bids for plots is 29.12.2017 and 01.01.2018 respectively. To provide further incentive to the bidders, CHB has further relaxed the terms and conditions of payment. The revised payment schedule is as under:-

                   This may be the last chance for interested bidders to submit their bids and they are invited to come forward. The e-bidding would start w.e.f. 1.12.2017. If eventually, no e-bids are received this time, the bidding process may not be further extended and CHB would develop all the plots on its own/under PPP mode.
