Checking/ Survey of Government House

Chandigarh, 24^th August, 2018: It has been observed that time and again complaints are being received in general that a number of Govt. houses are lying vacant at site, but not being included in Bid by the concerned authorities. Some houses are Sublette by its allottees to unauthorized person. Therefore, it has been decided by the Chandigarh Administration to make door to door checking/survey of all Government houses of each type w.e.f 1^st September, 2018 (between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm) by checking/verifying their Aadhaar Card/e-mail address/date of birth/present designation and present place of posting etc. to ascertain the authenticity of the allottees.

All the allottees of Government houses are requested to co-operate with the Checking/Survey teams of House Allotment Committee of Chandigarh Administration.
