Chandigarh Housing Board brings SAMADHAAN SHIVIR-- An interface between Officials and Allottees


Chandigarh, 30th October 2018: In order to assuage the problems faced by the allottees of dwelling units of Chandigarh Housing Board and to resolve pending issues expeditiously,  Chandigarh Housing Board is organizing an interaction, called “SAMADHAAN SHIVIR”,  between the allottees and officials of the board. This camp will be held under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and the Secretary of Chandigarh Housing Board.  This interactive session will be aimed at providing platform to the allottees to seek guidance from the concerned officials and “ON THE SPOT” resolution of the their issues pertaining to Transfer on death basis, transfer of sale deeds,  Grant of No Objection Certificate for sale of dwelling units, conversion from lease hold to free etc. except transfer for dwelling units by GPA holders.

Therefore, allottees/public having some pending issues in the Chandigarh Housing Board pertaining to the above mentioned works can visit the Chandigarh Housing Board, Sector 9, Chandigarh on 1.11.1966 between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon for the disposal of the same.

Pulse Polio Campaign

Chandigarh, 4 th   April, 2017:   Activities conducted for three days i.e. from 2nd – 4th April, 2017 during Pulse Polio Campaign ‘Do Boond Zindgi Ki’ to win the war of eradicating Polio from the society and to immunize the children in the age group of 0-5 Years with Oral Polio Drops were successfully completed today. The campaign was held for three days in which Day 1 was dedicated for Booth Round and Day 2 & 3 were planned for door to door visit to immunize all children of Chandigarh in this age group with Oral Polio drops. A total of 1, 00, 236 children were immunized with oral polio drops during pulse polio activity and 929 teams visited 2, 65, 042 Houses and immunized Children with oral polio drops on day 2 and 3. E auction of various commercial, residential and industrial sites to begin in Chandigarh

7th January 2019: Chandigarh Administration is about to begin the e auction process of various commercial, residential and industrial sites in Chandigarh. 10 residential sites on freehold basis,13 commercial sites on leasehold basis and 1 industrial site on leasehold basis are proposed to be e auctioned. The auction will be made public on 9th January 2019 at 9:00 AM and the documents can be submitted/EMD can be paid from 9th january till 23rd January 2019. Document/EMD approvals will be given from 24th January till 30th January. In addition to this the Estate Department will create a help desk at Estate Office Chandigarh on the above dates to create digital signatures of the applicants. Bidding will begin from 31st January (9:00 AM) till 4th February 2019 (till 4 PM)
