Justice Mahavir Singh Chauhan (Retd.) Appointed as Chairman of Police Complaints Authority

Chandigarh, 30^th October 2018: The Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of Punjab Police Act 2007, is pleased to appoint Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mahavir Singh Chauhan (Retd.) as the Chairman of Police Complaints Authority for Union Territory of Chandigarh, relieving Hon’ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) Jasbir Singh.
