Electricity Wing of Engineering Department Wins Best Performing Distribution Company


Chandigarh, 9th November 2018: The Electricity Wing of Engineering Department UT Chandigarh has been selected as the winner under the category of Best Performing Distribution Company under Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) by IPPAI (Independent Power Producers Association of India). The award will be given during IPPAI Retreat 2018 to be held from 22-24 November at Belagavi, Karnataka. 

For the last two years, Electricity wing of Engineering Department, Chandigarh Administration has been the first runner among all the UTs under JERC.
