Samadhan Shivir held to resolve pending issues or allottees

Chandigarh, 13th December 2018: The Chandigarh Housing Board again organized “SAMADHAAN SHIVIR” at the CHB premises today to resolve pending issues of the allottees on the spot. 

 This camp was held under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Housing Board.  There were total 22 number of allottees/applicants participated in the said Shivir and projected their problems/grievances. Over 90% of the problems were resolved on the spot by providing guidance/clarifications by the CHB officials.

This interactive session was aimed at providing platform to the allottees to seek guidance from the concerned officials and “ON THE SPOT” resolution of their issues.  It was a mutually satisfying and successful exercise.

The number of issues of the allottees has reduced now because of regular monitoring of pendency.  The Chief Executive Officer is taking weekly review meeting on every Wednesday with the officers and staff of the CHB for the disposal of cases.
