More than Rs. 27 Lacs collected on first day of the camp


Chandigarh, 7th June 2019: There was huge rush for payment of dues in the first day of the camps for collection of outstanding dues. On first day of the camps, total collection of dues was more than Rs. 27 Lacs which is about Ten Times of the usual daily recovery.

The camps will continue till 16.06.2019 (Sunday) between 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. on all days including Saturdays and Sundays in all the respective colonies where the small flats are located.

The Chandigarh Housing Board has also issued notice for cancellation to some of the allottees of the above Small Flats but cancellation of allotment will be done after the camps if the allottees fail to clear dues even during the camps.

All the allottees/licensees are requested to clear their outstanding dues to avoid cancellation of their flats. The detail of outstanding dues against each of the allottee/licensee of Small Flats as on 30.04.2019 is available on the website of CHB i.e. www.chbonline.in. In case there is any discrepancy/dispute, the allottee/licensee may pay the admitted outstanding dues and contact the Colony Branch at the office of Chandigarh Housing Board (Recovery Section, Block ‘C’) alongwith proof of payment etc. for reconciliation.
