Special drive for collection of outstanding dues of small flats


Chandigarh, 6th June 2019: Chandigarh Housing Board is launching a special drive for collection of outstanding dues by organizing a special camp at Govt Model High School Dhanas Colony from 07.06.2019 to 16.06.2019 between 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. on all days including Saturdays and Sundays. The allottees of small flats at Dhanas may deposit their dues in the camp.
For allottees of small flats at other locations, arrangements have been for payment of dues from 07.06.2019 to 16.06.2019 between 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. on all days including Saturdays and Sundays, in their respective locality itself, as per following:

All the allottees/licensees are requested to clear their outstanding dues.  After completion of the above drive of rent collections, action (including cancellation) as per Terms &Conditions of allotment/licence will be initiated against those who fail to clear their outstanding dues.
Details of outstanding dues against each of the allottee/licensee of Small Flats as on 30.04.2019 have been uploaded on the website of CHB i.e. www.chbonline.in. In case there is any discrepancy/dispute, the allottee/licensee may pay the admitted outstanding dues and contact the Colony Branch at the office of Chandigarh Housing Board (Recovery Section, Block ‘C’) with proof of payment etc. for reconciliation.
