Draw of Small Flat Scheme

Chandigarh, 27th August 2019:A computerized draw for allotment of specific dwelling units was held in the premise of the Chandigarh Housing Board today for 43 persons who were declared eligible by the Estate Office.

1. 32 persons were allotted flats at Maloya-I.

2. 09 persons were allotted flats at Dhanas

3. 01 person was allotted flat at Ram Darbar Colony

4. 01 person was allotted flat at Sector 38(West)

They will be issued allotment letters within this week and thereafter physical possession of the flats will be handed over on completion of required formalities.

Chandigarh Building Rules (Urban) 2017

Chandigarh 10 th August 2017: In compliance of the directions of the Government of India to take steps for improvement of ranking in “Ease of Doing Business’ index, the Chandigarh Administration has notified Chandigarh Building Rules (Urban) 2017.
