Facility for Online payment


Chandigarh, 9th October, 2019: Chandigarh Housing Board has introduced system of online payment of all types due of Residential Flats. The payment can be of installment, ground rent, penalty and transfer fee etc. Now the allottees of small flats at different locations namely Maloya-I, Dhanas, Ramdarbar, Maulijagran, Sector-38 (West), Sector-49, Sector-56 and at Industrial Area Phase-I can pay their monthly rent online. The online payments can be made through either of the following mode:
·        Net Banking
·        Debit Cards
·        Credit Cards

About one month back, the Chandigarh Housing Board has already provided facility for online payment of dues of Commercial units, Need Based Changes and Penalty Scheme for Need Based Changes. Further the facility for applying online for Need Based Changes has also been made available.

There will not be any transaction charge for using either of the above modes for online payment and an auto-generated SMS will be received on successful payment. A facility for download of receipt of payment has also been made available.

Now the allottees are not required to visit office of the Chandigarh Housing Board and they can pay their dues online by visiting website of the CHB www.chbonline.in All the allottees are requested to use the online payment facility. After few days, the Chandigarh Housing Board may stop accepting cash payment beyond a certain limit.

“Vote for Healthy Democracy” Campaign

Chandigarh, 18th March, 2019: Taking the “Vote for Healthy Democracy” campaign forward to motivate citizens to use their Right to Vote during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections of Chandigarh, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh today launched a stamp with the message of "Voting is your Right, Please Cast your Vote".
