The Adviser to the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to extend the term of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and General Counsel of the following Akademise, till further order, as per provisions contained in the Constitutions of the Akademise, on the exiting terms and conditions: -
11.    Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi
22.    Chandigarh Sangeet Natak Akademi
With regard to Chandigarh Sahitya Akademi, the Secretary Culture, Chandigarh Administration will function as Chairman with immediate effect till further orders. The term of the Vice Chairman and General Council of Chandigarh Sahitya Akademi is extended till further orders, on the existing terms and conditions.

Draft Bye Laws- Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011

Chandigarh, 27 th November 2018: The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 399 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 as extended to the Union Territory, Chandigarh by the Punjab Municipal corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act,   1994 (Act No. 45 of 1994), intends to amend the Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011 as amended from time to time and as in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 401 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation (as extended to UT Chandigarh) Act, 1994, read with sub section (2) of section 7A of the capital of Punjab (Development &Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator UT Chandigarh after according approval to the same propose to issue the draft of notification which is hereby published for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
