LONG ROUTE BUSES OPERATIONALIZED BY CTU w.e.f. 10th JUNE, 2020


Chandigarh.9June,2020: It is to inform that Chandigarh Transport Undertaking is going to start long route operation in the States of Punjab and Haryana w.e.f. 10th of June, 2020 onwards.  The routes to be operated in Punjab and HaryanaSide are as follows:-

The tickets can be purchased online on CTU web site “http://ctuonline.chd.gov.in” or through Mobile App –“CTU Musafir” available on Play Store or at counter ISBT, Sector-43 Chandigarh dedicated for said purpose.  The buses will be operated with 50% passenger occupancy keeping in view social distancing norms and as per guidelines issued by Chandigarh Administration /GOI from time to time.

Chandigarh, 27 th November 2018: The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 399 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 as extended to the Union Territory, Chandigarh by the Punjab Municipal corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act,   1994 (Act No. 45 of 1994), intends to amend the Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011 as amended from time to time and as in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 401 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation (as extended to UT Chandigarh) Act, 1994, read with sub section (2) of section 7A of the capital of Punjab (Development &Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator UT Chandigarh after according approval to the same propose to issue the draft of notification which is hereby published for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
