Hotel Mountview reopens..


Chandigarh, July 23: Post Lockdown 2, the Hospitality Industry has been entirely functional following the guidelines of the Government of India. Amid the Coronavirus crisis, in addition to hygienic services, CITCO is all set to offer sanitized & safe surroundings to its guests and visitors in its properties.

CITCO’s 5-star property — Hotel Mountview, has revamped all its service protocols to welcome its guests with much fervour and keenness. Get ready to savour the delicacies and experience one of the most memorable services as the hotel resumes business from tomorrow, i.e July 24 onwards and open its gates for its guests.

Keeping pace with the present times, Hotel Mountview will strictly adhere to standard operating procedure to provide greater care to the guests. The SOPs include temperature check on arrival for all residential and non- residential guests, masks (covering nose and mouth) are essential to proceed for check-in facility, luggage will be disinfected on arrival and guests will be encouraged to use online check-in facility. The entire hotel team members will be geared with safety masks, gloves and personal protection suits for complete safety of the guests. The entire hotel has already been disinfected by specialised sanitising machines and it will be done on regular basis.

Giving information about the re-opening of Hotel Mountview, Managing Director CITCO Ms Jasvinder Kaur IAS says, “We are getting more cautious about our patrons & guests   visiting Coffee shop  and Banquets . We have put in all our efforts to make the property 100 per cent sanitized and safe for the visitors to offer them an altered yet memorable service.”

The new normal at Coffee Shop and Banquets includes temperature check, change in the seating arrangement at the restaurants and comprehensive disinfection mechanisms. While the Coffee shop will remain open from 7 am to 10 pm, the Banquets will be opened to hold gathering up to 50 pax..
