E-Tender of vacant dwelling units on Free-hold basis

Chandigarh.20th May,2021:Chandigarh Housing Board has invited e-bids to sale its 79 Built-Up Residential Units on Free-Hold basis through E-Tender. The salient features of the e-Tender process are as under: (a) Specific details like unit number, location and reserve price of each of the unit is available on the website of the CHB www.chbonline.in. (b)The E-Tender process is open to all the citizens of India as well as NRIs/PIOs above 18 years of age. The persons already having any property (Residential or Commercial) can also participate in the e-Tender. (c)The e-Tenders shall be invited separately for each Built-up Dwelling Unit The e-bid must be above the reserve price and the Built-up Dwelling Unit shall be allotted to the highest bidder.The bidders can revise their e-bids, any number of times, till closure of the bid submission. (d)The dwelling unit can be further sold, alienated, transferred etc. after the execution of Conveyance Deed with the CHB, as per law and as per the transfer policies of CHB applicable to Freehold properties. There shall be no restriction on the transfer of the dwelling unit purchased by way of Tender on Freehold basis. (e)A valid e-mail id, mobile number and digital signature are the basic requirements to participate in the e-Tender process. (f)EMD of Rs. 2,00,000/- for each dwelling unit is to be submitted online through e-tendering portal i.e. https://etenders.chd.nic.in. Bidders can submit their bid only after depositing online EMD. (g)The payments may be deposited by bank to bank transfer using SBI MOPS or RTGS/ NEFT transfer through https://etenders.chd.nic.in portal. In case of unsuccessful e-bids, the EMD shall be refunded online to the bidders’ account. (h)E-tenders are available at https://etenders.chd.nic.in and the last date of e-bid submission is 31.05.2021 at 06.00 PM. In order to submit e-bids, every prospective bidder is required to get himself/herself registered at https://etenders.chd.nic.in. All willing participants may visit the official website www.chbonline.in for information/ to know the procedure. E-tenders will be opened on 01.06.2021 from 10.00 am onwards
