Chandigarh, 3 rd  December 2018:  The Department of Social Welfare Women & Child Development observed International Day for persons with Disabilities at Government Rehabilitation Institute of Intellectual Disability today. Secretary Social Welfare, Sh. B L Sharma distributed the Unique Disability Identity Cards to the persons with disabilities. Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of persons with Disabilities, New Delhi has launched a project called Unique disability Identity Card for Disabled (UDID). Kirron Kher, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, at leisure Valley Chandigarh in the presence of Sh.
