Chandigarh,
1st June, 2017: The process of E-auction of both
Commercial and Residential and lease-hold & free-hold properties had
commenced in collaboration with M/s E-procurement Technologies Ltd (Auction
Tiger), Ahmedabad w.e.f 1.2.2017. One 3-Bay Shop (Nos.172-174) in Sub City
Centre, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh was sold at Rs. 27.44 Crore against the
reserved price of Rs. 27.37 Crore through e-auction on lease hold basis.
On 31.5.2017, the Chandigarh Housing Board has
sold two properties through e-auction during the period from 11.05.2017 to
31.05.2017 as per details given below: -
