Chandigarh Housing Board sells two residential properties by e-auction

Chandigarh, 1st June, 2017: The process of E-auction of both Commercial and Residential and lease-hold & free-hold properties had commenced in collaboration with M/s E-procurement Technologies Ltd (Auction Tiger), Ahmedabad w.e.f 1.2.2017. One 3-Bay Shop (Nos.172-174) in Sub City Centre, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh was sold at Rs. 27.44 Crore against the reserved price of Rs. 27.37 Crore through e-auction on lease hold basis.
                   On 31.5.2017, the Chandigarh Housing Board has sold two properties through e-auction during the period from 11.05.2017 to 31.05.2017 as per details given below: -

Note: The e-auction process for the remaining properties has been extended upto 30.06.2017, affording sufficient time to the general public for placing of bids for various properties through e-auction.

Transfer of Commercial & Residential Properties under Tatkal Service

Chandigarh, 10th June, 2016:  Chandigarh Housing Board hereby clarifies that the time period prescribed for transfer of Residential Units under Tatkal Service is five working days including the day of application. The time period prescribed for transfer of Commercial Properties under Tatkal Service is seven working days, including the day of application. The transfer letter for Residential Units and Commercial Properties will be issued unconditionally under Tatkal Scheme within five days and Seven days respectively. In case of transfer applications where publication notice is required to be given in the newspapers, the same will be published to invite objections from the general public within the time period specified in the Citizens’ Charter.
